What does a distance session look like?

What you need to know about remote sessions

A remote BodyTalk session is a flexible and convenient way to experience energy balancing without being in the same physical location as your practitioner. Here’s how it works:

  1. Preparation: Once you’ve scheduled your session, you’ll receive an email with an intake and consent form. You’ll be asked to find a comfortable, quiet space where you can relax.

  2. Discussion: At the beginning of the session, we will discuss your health status and whatever other personal issues you may wish to address. This could be physical, emotional, or even a general sense of well-being. Keeping in mind the things we discuss may not directly come up in session.

  3. Connection: As the BodyTalk practitioner, I will connect with you energetically. This means tapping into your energy field and begin gathering the information your body is wanting to address.

  4. Balancing Process: Using the BodyTalk techniques, I will facilitate a series of energy balancing protocols. I may ask you to participate in some of the techniques like visualization, deep breathing, or holding certain areas of your body.

  5. Integration: After the session, you may receive additional information or homework. This could include self-care practices or insights that you can integrate into your daily life.

  6. Reflection: Take some time to reflect on your experience. Many people find they feel lighter, more relaxed, and even have heightened awareness about their needs and choices.
